Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Growpath, operated by Lisola ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Growpath, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Growpath is a web-based SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) management tool for small teams. It allows organizations to create, publish, and track staff acknowledgment of operational procedures.
2. Accounts and Organizations
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Growpath. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each organization in Growpath is managed by an Owner, who is responsible for inviting and managing staff members.
3. Subscription Plans and Payments
Growpath offers the following plans:

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from Billing & Plan settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Growpath is a freemium service (no trial period), and billing is charged per organization.
Progress Overview and Unread Alerts are not available on the Free plan. These features are available on Starter and Pro plans.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Growpath for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other organizations' data
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all content (SOPs, documents, images) you upload to Growpath. Organization data belongs to the organization Owner. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and serve that content solely to operate the service.
6. Service Availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We are not liable for losses caused by service outages or data loss.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisola shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Growpath.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Growpath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
