Growpath ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Lisola.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at growpath.lisola.site.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We store your display name and email in our database to identify you within your organization.

Organization Data

We store the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), staff roles, and read confirmation records that you and your team create within Growpath.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information through Firebase Analytics, including pages visited and actions taken within the app.

Payment Information

Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Growpath service
• To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g., invitation emails)
• To improve the service through aggregated usage analytics

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies solely for authentication purposes (e.g., to keep you signed in). These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be opted out of while using Growpath. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across third-party sites.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), located in the United States. We use Firebase Security Rules to ensure that users can only access data within their own organization.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us at info@lisola.site. Upon account deletion, your personal data (name, email, role, read confirmations) is permanently deleted from our systems. Organization data created by you may be retained if other members remain in the organization.

Archived SOPs are permanently deleted 30 days after archiving.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Analytics (Firebase) — usage analytics

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

7. Children's Privacy

Growpath is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the app. Continued use of Growpath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
